How to find and download invoices for your Sourcegraph workspace

This article applies to self-serve workspaces on the Sourcegraph Enterprise Starter plan.

Workspace admins can view and download invoices from the Billing page in workspace settings.

Find and download invoices

  1. Sign in to your Sourcegraph workspace.

  2. Open Workspace settings.

  3. Select Billing.

  4. Click View invoices. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal.

  5. In Stripe, open the invoice you want and download the PDF or receipt.

If your invoice is past due

  1. Update or confirm the payment method in the Stripe Customer Portal.

  2. Either wait up to 24 hours for Sourcegraph to retry the payment automatically, or pay the invoice directly in Stripe if that option is shown.

  3. After payment, allow up to 24 hours for the workspace billing status to reconcile.

If the invoice is still marked unpaid after 24 hours, or if you cannot find the invoice you need in the portal, contact [email protected].

Important notes

  • Subscription reminders are sent every month after billing

  • If payment remains overdue past the grace period, the workspace can be deleted and its data cannot be recovered.

  • If you cannot access the billing page, make sure you are signed in as a workspace admin.
