How to Cancel Your Subscription or Delete Your Workspace

Overview

You can cancel your subscription and keep access until the end of the billing period, or cancel immediately by deleting the workspace.

Option 1 — Cancel and retain access until the end of the billing period

  1. Go to Workspace Settings → Billing.

  2. Select the option to cancel your subscription.

  3. You will retain access until the current billing period ends.

Option 2 — Cancel immediately by deleting the workspace

  1. Deleting a workspace permanently removes all associated data. Be sure to export any data you need before deleting.

  2. Go to Workspace Settings → General Settings.

  3. Choose to delete the workspace.

  4. Confirm the deletion. This action is irreversible, and workspace data cannot be recovered.
