How to access your support requests in help.sourcegraph.com

Overview

You can review your Sourcegraph support requests at help.sourcegraph.com. Sign in with the same email address you used to contact support and you will receive a one-time code by email. No password is required.

Access your support requests

  1. Go to help.sourcegraph.com.

  2. Select Inbox.

  3. Enter your email address and complete sign-in using the one-time code sent to your inbox.

  4. After you sign in, you can view the support requests associated with that email address.

What you can see

  • By default, you will see support requests created with the email address you used to sign in.

  • If your organization has shared support visibility enabled, you may also see requests created by other members of your organization.

  • If you need broader access for admins or your full organization, contact Sourcegraph Support and include the email addresses that should be granted access.

Troubleshooting

  • If you do not receive the one-time code, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you entered the correct email address.

  • If you do not see an expected support request, make sure you signed in with the same email address that was used to open the request.

  • If you still cannot find the request, contact Sourcegraph Support and include any ticket numbers, request subjects, or alternate email addresses that may have been used.
